Bring your own towels, umbrella, and refreshments, as most of these beaches are undeveloped. The hotels also control much of the fine sandy beach, where you can rent an umbrella or a thatched cabana at the grander of them, although a large section of beach at the north end of the island is open to the public, near the church of San Nicola.
